2025 Festival Authors Exhibiting Application

THE PROCESS:

Each year starting in July, authors may apply to participate in the AIBF Festival, which is scheduled to take place on Saturday, March 1, 2025 from 9:00am - 4:00pm.

Applications are accepted until the end of November.  We urge all applicants to read the instructions carefully and adhere to these requirements. 

Important Information. Please read completely before continuing, and then click "start my application" to begin the application process.

To be considered as a participant in our Authors' Expo & Readers' Extravaganza program, you must complete this application and submit it with the required materials.

REQUIRED. For your application to be considered complete:

  1. Your online application must include two photos: (a) An author headshot, and (b) The book cover associated with this application.  Both images must be in a JPG format.
     

  2. Separately, you must MAIL one (1) copy of your book to the address provided and only via U.S. Postal Service.  This book will be the property of AIBF and will not be returned.
     

  3. Expo reservations are offered for a singe space (half of an 8' table) for $95, or for a double space (a full 8' table) for $190.  Fees include a $10 registration fee and are subject to a refund per the policy below.
     

  4. To reserve your space, we must receive your complete submission (application, payment, and book) no later than November 30, 2024.  Incomplete submissions or submissions received after this date will be added to our waiting list.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Applying does not guarantee acceptance into the program.
     

  • Your application is not considered complete until your payment and book is received by the Amelia Island Book Festival.
     

  • AIBF cannot consider incomplete applications.
     

  • The deadline for receiving your complete submission (application, payment, and book) is November 30, 2024.
     

  • We can only feature one book per author in our promotional materials; however, you may sell as many different book titles as you would like during the Festival day.
     

  • Exhibitor space is limited and the Amelia Island Book Festival reserves the right to return the registration and space fee at its own discretion.
     

  • Authors accepted to exhibit will be notified and listed on our website on or before
    December 15, 2024.
     

  • If you are selected, AIBF cannot pay honoraria, nor reimburse for transportation or accommodations.
     

  • If you are selected, you agree to actively promote your participation in the Festival and tag/mention the Amelia Island Book Festival in any social media posts and other marketing activities undertaken by you.
     

  • In the event your request to exhibit is not approved for any reason, your full reservation fee will be refunded. If you cancel at any time before January 15, 2025, you may request a refund for the reservation fee, but your registration fee of $10 can not be returned.
