EXPO saturday application


We invite authors to share their experience with the community at Expo Saturday on February 16, 2019. The day is filled with food, entertainment and activities – open to the public at no charge. This is a wonderful opportunity for you to showcase, sell and sign books. 

Registration is open; the application deadline has been extended to Friday, November, 16, 2018. 

Expo Saturday Benefits for Authors

  • Reserved exhibitor space – a draped, shared 8-foot table and one folding chair
  • Food Voucher and Free Parking
  • Recognition in publicity including print, digital and social media marketing
  • Eligible for Amelia Island Book Festival Literary Awards (adult fiction and nonfiction only

Expo Saturday Logistics

  • Set Up from 7:30 – 9:30 am
  • Doors open to the public at 10:00 am
  • Expo closes at 5:00 pm
  • Volunteers will direct you to loading zone and assigned Expo space
  • Bring your own promotional materials and method to accept payments
  • If you are a traditionally published author and cannot sell your own book, we encourage you to contact these local booksellers for assistance: The Book Loft at 904.261.8991 or Story & Song Bookstore Bistro at 904.661.2118.

Your Application and Payment must be received by Friday, November 16, 2018, to be considered for the 2019 Expo Saturday. Acceptance notifications with further instructions will be sent by November 30th.
